I just noticed a new commercial for IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) on the cable financial channel CNBC. It contains what is possibly an unauthorized sample of Any Way You Want It. It seems unauthorized because it is not an exact sample, the musicians who created the ad seemed to make it very similar, but nor exactly the same, as the Journey song. It is reminiscent of how Vanilla ICE claimed that ICE ICE Baby was different from the Queen/Bowie Under Pressure. How do you notify the correct person with Journey so that they may consider a lawsuit for royalties if it is unauthorized?

Has anyone else heard the commercial? Doesn't it sound like it was inspired by the Journey song?
